What is Centre Of Blade (COB) Pitch?

I have seen increasing use of the term Centre Of Blade pitch (or C.O.B pitch) and recently mentions of increasing C.O.B. pitch. What is the definition of C.O.B. pitch and how (and where) is it measured? :huh: Prop gurus?

A Google search for the phrase does not come up with much at all, it doesn't seem the term is used commonly. It is fine if C.O.B. pitch is a term that someone has 'coined', it would just be nice to know what those who use it define C.O.B. pitch as.
