Water cooled pipe

Does anyone know anything about this pipe? I wanting to install it in my new Thunderboat but don't have any info about how to tune it. Thanks in advance. Andy...

For a stock Zenoah Thunderboat try starting with this.....

This is a german type pipe. You see 2 nipples for hooking up water cooling: either one can be used for inlet and the the other for outlet. What it does it cools the converging side of the pipe. Not sure if you need that, you can always try to see if it functions without the cooling hooked up and if it doesn't hook it up. The pipe will still be warm however...
You tune it by sliding it over the header part. Examples of headers can be found here: 7/8
