UL-19 Flotation

Hello,

I have a new UL-19. 2 small tubes of flotation foam are included in the kit. 2 pieces of one sided tape also. Does anyone know how these are intended to placed inside the hull?

The small tubes are for the boat stand. I added some pool noodles to mine.
