Handy Hint (IMO)
OS hinge pin stock length is as shown.
I file or machine 0.50mm off this length to remove alot of slop that can creep in to the trim movements once everything beds in.
When you do up the screws you should only feel a slight resistance when turning the unit by hand from side to side.
