The Summer Thunder race on May 16th at Lake Ida is CANCELLED due to SEVERE weed problems beyond our control.Future race date TBA.

We have used Diquat very successfully over the past few years. Actually treated 2 or 3 times (pnce a year) and haven't had weeds since.

Thanks for the tip,but here in Chicago the Forest Preserve runs the lake.We cannot do anything to the lake on our own.

man am i bummed! is the pond ok for testing? I was there a couple weeks ago and only 1/2 the pond was useable..... has it got worse?

I would not test, the weeds really spread as of Sunday.

DROP IN SOME COPPER SULFATE IN THAT LAKE AND WEED PROBLEM WILL GO AWAY

I would use AquaShade...Works great at the Badger Pond..
