I think that built by Jaguar 60/80 first version but missed rear sponsons

Thanks again Allan, someone else told me it's not a Jaguar. They said it looks scratch build, I have no idea .

The rear sponson boom block is upsidedown...
if it is glued in place... the inserts will pull right out.

Are they threaded inserts?
They look like T-nuts

If they are threaded inserts then yes I agree,they are fine....

I see what your saying, the front has threaded inserts. The rear has blind nuts, I've always hated them. And yes they need to be changed to threaded inserts.

I think the block was meant to be glued turned over so the flats were on the bottom. I know when I built my Cobra, I did it that way....plus screwed in stainless steel screws before gluing it into the hull, and they worked perfect once it dried ...

Those are going to pull out as soon as you put shims under the booms and tighten them down.
