Thank Allan, so the first version didn't come with rear sponsons ? And who made Jaguar Riggers ? It's 41 1/2" long x 10 3/4."

Definitely not a Jag v1 or v2 or v anything.....looks more like a copy of avenger spider....
 
I see what your saying, the front has threaded inserts. The rear has blind nuts, I've always hated them. And yes they need to be changed to threaded inserts.
 
I think the block was meant to be glued turned over so the flats were on the bottom. I know when I built my Cobra, I did it that way....plus screwed in stainless steel screws before gluing it into the hull, and they worked perfect once it dried ...

Those are going to pull out as soon as you put shims under the booms and tighten them down.
