That is the K&B Red Head Pro .45 outboard......
MECOA is a joke......Obviously MECOA has no desire to supply complete outboard engines......

Jon,

Your best bet for finding what you need for that motor is to search Ebay every day. They pop up on there from time to time. If you stay after it you will find what you need.
