If you haven't tried it yet, maybe post something on Craigslist? I posted a while back and found someone local who didn't usually do contract work, but liked the idea and the challenge. I didn't want a Budweiser or Geico - I wanted the theme of a local brewery and he nailed it. Yes, you will get some who reply at 2AM with some sketch that looked like a 2 year old drew it, but it comes with the territory.
Someday I'll get around to posting pics of the completed boat on here.
