What are some online sources for r/c boats for a young boy to run in a pool?

    Thanks,

I've seen some at Walmart as well though, to be honest, I wouldn't spend the money on those

If you have a Hobby Town near you I'd check with them. The one near me has a selection of roughly 10 with maybe half being suitable for the pool.

Look at the Reef Racers or similar. You can buy cheap brushless conversions too or just leave them as is. 2S or 3S lipo in the 2000mAh range it plenty of fun.

Go with a tether boat so he can still have some speed.
