plastic hemostats (forceps)

Anyone know who sells them or what company makes them.I need 3-4 pair of them. Our club can't find any here in the east at hobby shops or medical supply houses. ??? ???

I have 2 pair of plastic forceps that a guy that I run with gave me. They have what looks like suction cups on the ends and do not work very well for pinching off fuel lines.
