OS .21 PTO Bearing Info

Does anyone have #s or dimensions for the OS pto housing bearings?

Working on a project and trying to get parts without taking my PTO apart.

I have been looking and not having any luck.

Do believe those are 9mm x 17mm x 5mm or look for #689
