no, it's a header they made for keeping pipe more level to radio box.

I started using this novarossi header on the CMB rear exhaust engine. Using this design allows engine to set low in a hydro tub and exits the engine compartment almost parallel to the tub. Makes a very clean installation of the tuned pipe .
A slight modification is needed to install on CMB.
Novarossi Marine USA has several left last week when I talked to James.
