Finally got my new T boat almost ready to run this weekend.

Robert, its been a long time since I worked on this. I had some problems with the klasskote paint. This is Krylon automotive grade paint , I think thats what I will use on the gas boats from now on.

What happened with the klasskote?

I've sprayed a bunch of that with no problems...

Bob...good 'ol krylon to the rescue....and 2k clear from spraymax work awesome over that btw....

Boat ran great last Sat. only had to make a few adjustments on the turn fin. It a little down on top end, now I have to experiment with some props and fine tuning. But its very drivable and we are heading to cinncinatti on Wed.

Finished the T boat one week before the Cincinnati race. Ran fair, still playing with props and turn fin. But it was raceable and handled fine. We got to Cinnci early and spent some time tuning. Best prop I had was an Octura V956. My goal was to finish all the heats, well the three rounds were 3rd, 2nd ans 3rd. We made it to the shootout round. but in the second lap, the cowl blew off and I guess I let off and it died. Still, I am happy with its first outing
