brand new, never fired or seen fuel OS MAX 21 outboard, it has been modified by Gene Mongar, i do not know what he does to them, but they run alot better than a stock engine, $500. i am paying for the mods and shipping, shipped lower 49, prop not include, i am open to reasonable offersd, thanks for looking
