That engine model is so old that you'd be lucky to get $100 for. It's a 12mm crank so to upgrade would cost to much to even try....

Thank you for your input. It may not be a great “race” engine but it would make a good fun sport engine. It is brand new and the bearing are smooth.
I would be willing to work a deal for anyone interested as long as it is reasonable.
