Need a new class. Plus a new boat. And of course batteries for this motor.

That Thang is for mixing cake batter.

It would do it. It is what we call a Bug Pond motor. Large chemical plants use them to stir their pond where they process their water. This has been done for over 50 years. Other than what you might hear they don't just take water out of a river and send it back when their done with it. It must be processed and be cleaner and better than it was when it was removed from the river.
