Muck Pipe

Currently running in my Scale boat a K&B .67 with a muck .67 pipe, pushing a x455/3. I have a muck .80 pipe I want to try, should I run it shorter?? can I get away with a bigger prop X457/3 ??

The 80 pipe is larger in volume, and may allow it to run a bit shorter. Over the years, we found the 60 pipe to be the better choice of the two on the scale and 60 motors
