I bought an ML Boatworks GSX470, and had a chance to do a quick test fit assembly of the kit, and then disassembled it, Mike makes a high quality kit! I started gathering parts for the build. The mailman delivered my CP Mods 29.5 engine over the Christmas break. I picked up some West systems 206 and 207 hardener for the build. I am getting a list ready of the parts I’ll need for the build, and gonna start to order. Once I get the parts gathered up, I’ll start a build thread. The posts maybe a little slow.

We are still looking, I’m working in Texas right now, so I’m kinda gathering parts. Then I’ll have everything to complete, once I start it. Got the important part out of the way, the cpp mods 29.5, can’t wait to run it.

I was back in Florida for a few days, and I decided to work on my GSX470. I got the framing done of the sponsons, and framed up the hull. I wanted to assemble using G-Flex 650 epoxy, but it was not available at the West Marine locations near me in Florida. I bought some of the West Systems G-Flex 655-8 thickened epoxy for the build. Everything went together nice, and with some clamping and sanding, all is square and straight. I will be leaving for another 6 weeks, for work, and will continue once I get back to Florida. 834CA241-7909-4F1E-A38C-CA7B55EB150D.jpeg59579333-856E-4FA4-8AF8-1889D026CD24.jpeg62F5F6DB-6FF7-4439-87A8-1708F593B437.jpeg96C5B2EF-B538-4B5C-8C17-DACA05568B12.jpegA416F92D-D267-457E-BCFE-661C1CB6F194.jpeg3139D923-5119-4A2C-A4EE-544550553200.jpeg9F2ABD64-DACE-480C-A0CC-A2BEAEB59F89.jpeg

How can I get in touch with Mike I've tried everything. Trying to buy a 48" mono.

I wanted to post some pictures of the progress on my GSX470.
