The G10 is great stuff, but really heavy. I use it as doublers where hardware gets mounted. Sponson transom and transom and I'll put some holes in it to lighten it up. Doesn't squish down like ply will.

Not a bad idea! Been thinking about aluminum plate between the transom and Speedmaster strut bracket. ken

I’m not sure what 1/16 or 1/8 plywood is selling for. I had a scale made out of G10 I’m not a big fan of it. There’s a other three wing out there maybe you might be interested in building.
