In a P limited Tunnel hull how many heat's can one expect to get out of a 5000ma 4S lipo

I would not run a second heat without recharging. With a non aggressive prop you might run 2 heats but your second heat would start at lower the 4v per cell and chances are you could damage cells or overheat.
A good lipo will recharge or cycle anywhere from 100 - 300 times.
