Curtis setting up the paint booth, what does everyone else use for a paint booth?

Was just doing some clear in my custom home (apartment) booth - special spray enclosure cardboard was around $300 but came with a free refrigerator

Took a minute or two to build but works perfectly, when I spray I open the side door window and start the fan, does an amazing job of venting out the poison. 8x8x8 cubed.

I used rooms like that for years, all worked very well. When we bought the house years ago I claimed the cold storage room under the front porch for a paint booth.

4500 cfm x 18" fan works like a charm.

I put a spray both in my house in Urbana.. the largest issue was air make up.. it would down draft my fire place if the flue was open OR.. down draft my furnace if I did not open a door in the house.. (not great in the winter)..

I use a pop up tent. I clamped plastic sheeting to sides of tent at the top, tape poly to floor, box fans for make-up air, with air filters taped to front of them to catch some of the paint. Then I use wire coat hangers to hang the boat from the tent supports.
