JAE 45GT engine location and angle

hi guys,
is there a recommended engine location for the JAE 45GT and approx engine angle, as I'm wanting to drill the engine mount holes before gluing the tub together
Also is the turnfin setup the same way as the 21GT with regard to position and angle on the sponson

I have 16” to the sparkplug,measuring for transom. A slight angle on the mount. 5°-7°

My 45 gt motor is set at 18 5/8 to center of engine. Gt is longer than old 45 like 3 in. Angle is 7 deg.

My kit was a first addition hull tub total length is 33 1/2”. The change was needed in the fuel tank area. I couldn’t finish a race. Sorry Shane I forgot until Butch posted the GT revision. Haven’t run that short kit in a few years
