Gun Owners in Maryland, Retired Marine needs your help

This one is borderline ridiculous. A retired marine disarmed another man that had just pistol-whipped a third man, only to be arrested for being armed with a pistol himself. He will be arraigned in October for having a pistol, that he never drew out of its holster, within 100 feet of a business. Check out this video for more details:
