Green Head Valvola Rebuild.

Quick question for the experts.
I’m putting in a new P/S in my Valvola. The Beta stuff fits and work but I don’t know what to do about the rod.



The beta is thicker at the bottom.
It doesn’t rub the case at the bottom but it’s very very close. Not sure on what I should do or if it will be okay. I don’t know if the rod would expand while it’s running and hit and rub the case. I’m not familiar with this. Thanks.

Never mind. The Beta Rod won’t work. Unless you mill the bottom of the rod down.

New P/S.
New Rod. Needs to be the smaller version. Ask Stu for the smaller bottom Rod
Modify the case slightly


I should have mine running pretty soon. For break in.
