Wondering what would be a good prop for this P-spec Whiplash? Plan is to run 2 x 7200 2s packs in series. Thanks

Mike what KV motor are you running? Generally sport 21 props tend to work well. X440/3, GR38x63, ABC 1914/1915. If you have a lower kv motor, go up in size from the ones recommended. I would stick with low lift props.

Try any of those props mentioned as a good starting point. You can add pitch or diameter based on motor temps and attitude of the boat. The X440/3 was the smoothest, most consistent prop for my P-Ltd Phil Thomas sport boat. Not the fastest, but handled nicely.

You also shouldn’t need 7200mah for spec/limited boat. 5000-6000mah should be enough, extra is just added weight.

Here is mine with 2000kv, 5000mah, and x440/3
