What would be the minimum reliable mAh rating for a ESC in a 1/10 th Scale Hydro running a Himax HB3630 1500 Kv brush-less – 6 pole brush-less with a 4s 6000 mAh 20C lipo.

The reason I'm asking is I have a ZTW Seal 130 A/ 2-6s lipo ESC but space in the Engine well is tight and I'm having trouble getting the CG right due to the sizes of the Battery and ESC it would help a lot if I could reliably reduce the physical size of the ESC

Darn sure don't want to burn down the boat because the ESC smokes:(

Do you mean the current rating? mAh stands for mill-Amp-hour. This is the capacity of the battery.
You only need a 60A ESC for the 1/10 scale motors. The stock Aquacraft ESC works fine for these motors and it's nice and flat.
