Since I'm kind of new to Gasser's. I know they run way hotter especially at the exhaust side. Do U run the cooling water to the exhaust flange first or to the head water jacket first. The rudder supplied be Seaducer only has a single outlet. ????

cool the motor first then the exhaust. make sure the water is coming in from the lowest pickup on the rudder if using a double pick up. drill out the pick up to 1/8, most are that already but double check

steve from insane boats sells a y water fitting, very handy when you have a single water pickup, and yes most blades only have a pickup on 1 side, use a dremel and cut one on the other side a little bit up from the original one. if they are side by side it can weaken the blade

I have modified the rudder for more volume drilled out the water passage's to 1/8th and made new fitting out of .167 OD x .123 ID stainless steel tubing threaded to 10-32
