I was thinking about making a composite sheet to make some tub sides, I decided to give this a try.

It's a simple plaster mold just to make the sides out of. With this I can add features where it's needed.

I have added the triangle to the edges for the top and bottom decking to glue to.

I can also add a little more carbon around the areas where there will be cut outs for fuel cell access.

The plan for the lay up is to fill the triangle areas with carbon tow, a layer of CF, coremat for the core and another layer of CF. (Still thinking about this)

this is not for a rigger right? I'm not sure you will need all the extra strength...... there is a good chance i'm wrong though.

This is a sport 40, but could work for a rigger. I am worried about the 2 big holes in the sides just behind the engine mounting for fuel cells.
