CMB header O ring substitute

Has anyone sourced the header O rings used in big block CMB headers ? I'm out and would like to buy a bunch . LMK if you have a part # or source . Thanks .

Dash number 214. They are the same as the orings we use on 1” gas header set ups.

I use Viton from the O-ring store on line. I also smooth the exhaust snout and oil when assembling.

The CMB spigot is 7/8" though ?

Yes , sure is , thought it was .875 " ...

Tom,
If you want to eliminate the O-rings, you can milk out the header flange that holds the o-rings in and use Teflon. I machined the Teflon I.D. and O.D. to fit with .005 interference fit on the I.D. then used a propane torch to heat the Teflon to be able to force it on the exhaust snout.
