I put WD 40 into the pick up rudder through water cooling jacket flush out. I found out that four black bolts become increase rust what cause mix up water “ moisture”& WD 40. I decided to replace new Stainless steel bolts That’s why!
I use O Donnell glow plug then look good dull coil until burn out that’s all

he’s talking about all the detonation on the top of the piston and the head button looks pretty bad .

I bought it from customer on IW PM that he told me that it ran 1.5 gallons of fuel through it because he switched to gas engine. I cleaned up that I found out four black bolts become rust and all little detonation piston and button so I cant make complaint to customer. I check up good smooth bearings and replaced new four SS bolts I ran it “ rich” 2 gallon of fuel only 50% through it with my SD3 90 mono that’s why
