It doesn't have water cooling.

Brian Buaas can set it up with water cooling. My version is pictured below.

The controller you have in your image is a different, more recent model that are much easier to adapt water cooling. The Barracuda 125 that was referenced in the OP is a stacked board making it difficult to add water cooling.
