The tube is a SANDWICH of .030 CF plate 1/8 4# density dyvinicil and 1/32 plywood
Top is .030 CF plate and bottom 1/32 plywood

It takes time developing templates and jigs and taking a pile of plywood dyvinicil and CF and then to cut all of the pieces and build a boat

Thanks. I am glad I have this hobby especially at this time of being shut up in the house. Just going to the shop and piddling has been good.

Today’s goal was getting shaft log glued in. NO S BEND

Beginning radio installation

The servos are Sub micro
Great servos but very small
I needed my mill to make the servo mounts. Very tight tolerances due to size

ProModeler Sub micro

The one you see for the rudder is not going to work. Just ordered a micro 150

As mentioned I need to use the mill to make the mounts. The mounting hole is so close there is not room for a 2-56 washer. They are mounted with a 2-56 Allen head.
