Appreciate the advice, will hull flaps help? Or is fwd CG enough

The T-4 design had a design flaw. The rear ( secondary) wing has little to no AOA. At low speed the water will come over the rear wing pulling the hull down. So the less transom weight will keep the rear wing riding high above the water.

With any two wing design there's not a lot of air getting to the rear wing to help carry the rear end of the boat through the corners. The prop has to carry the rear end of the boat through the corners. Hull balance is critical. When set-up right hulls are fast and fun to drive.
 
20FA03B2-E250-41F7-AD0D-4038B13CCC0D.jpegfinally got back on this, got motor and esc mounted. Got a rudder bracket to work on short transom and worked out 8 s batteries.
