Bouchie pipe/water fittings

Couple things. Looking for a bouchie pipe for a 21. Want to buy new so just need to know how to get one. Plus, who carries some quality 90 degree fittings for Novarossi 21? Found some but they were junk. Any help is much appreciated.

Thank you. It is not shrink tubing but just insulation tape for electrical wiring which Marty Knox introduced a while ago.
