Dose any one make a billet header that will fit a CMB/Pico .45 that will work on a rigger?

It is the small ID for a MAC .45 not what I am looking for.
I know...and that's the issue. I'm going to see if a can get some made with the correct OD

and a 2°-3° taper machined into the ID, with the minor diameter equal to cleaned up diameter

in case outlet. In looking at my Hobbs headers, the tube appears TIG'd on.

Not that I'm aware of..... the NR header is the size you want, but don't think it's billet,

and NR is defunct. The NR is a good header, but I had to tweak a bit of angle out of it

for a rigger.

Al Hobbs makes what you are after just call him
Diameters on the tubular section are too small.... Dave and I've been over this before.
Al's source is in Montana, though, and I'm going to try to get a drawing out to him as
soon as we get freed up on this pipe project.

The MAC .45 had a small ex port and casting for the ex port in the case.
The header is made for this.
The AA header is a copy of the MAC header.

Make the parts and I'll weld it together for you .

Well here you have it just have to ask.
Thanks Al
Al's '67' header will work with ID's you're looking for, Dave.....we have them all here.
Mine comes in at .735 ID.
And, as you know, they are works of art, IMO.

Wall is ~.025- ~.027" thk.

Note: Calipers shown are accurate to my cert'd pin gage to +/- .0005"

Can I get one for a CMB 45 evo that has a 5* angle ? The pipe needs to go under the cowl.
