Hello Everyone looking to fill a small gap between the rear transom and bottom skin back edge were they meet together .
Building a small Rc hydroplane from a CnC cut kit made from mahogany, and birch plywood, using epoxy. looking for a good light but strong
filler that adheres well to plywood and epoxy . Any help would be appreciated .

If you are using epoxy, continue with it. Mix in some micro balloons until you get desired consistency. It sands easily, and is very strong. You should be able to make yourself a nice fillet.
 
You can also mix milled fiber glass.

Dave’s rec is the best for strength, but harder to sand

MASS has powdered wood
 
If your looking to strengthen that area, and can access the inside of the hull, you can use a piece of triangle stock epoxyed to the floor and transom...

Works good inside the radio box and engine
compartment to help the tub from splitting in half at that critical point...
