What did you see? I saw that the 1 and 9 both moved in, there was nothing inside except the 21 and they left him lots of room, at least two boat widths of lane and at least one between all three boats. Jimmy Shane did get penalized for washing down the 11 coming up the back stretch prior to the start as shown by a couple of onboard cameras but nothing at 6:21 that I saw

At 13:15, they put out the official results:
U-1 disqualified, docked 300 points and fined $500 for washing down the U-11
U-21 penalized one minute for dislodging a buoy in turn 2, not really visible due to skid fin water from the U-1 and U-9
