You click the "Start a conversation" button after you type the recipients name and the message.
Is this cleared up now?
At the bottom of the message you will see the three buttons. Start a Conversation and Preview? Those are what you need.
Also, if you check Lock conversation (No reponses will be allowed) that will do exactly that.
Yes it is clear now-thank you "topfuel443".
Posting a pic.....after I make the message....I click on the little "camera" icon.....then it seems I need to make an album or something to that sort....can I just post a pic straight from my phone without making an album or "gallery" that everyone sees
Ok....I'm stupid ok....but when PM some one.....its not there.....
Posting a photo from your phone. Go to bottom of message area of post and use the upload a file button at the bottom of the the message area. It will take you to the gallery in your device to choose the image to upload. Once uploaded it is best to choose Full Image so it shows big. Thumbnail is small and can be clicked on to see the big version.
You can also do a copy and paste from other areas on the internet.
PM's are now called Conversations. You will access them by clicking on the envelope in the upper right of the forum page. Right where the alert bell is and your the little man that leads to the User Control Panel.
If you click on that it opens like this and you can see a list of new ones (I don't have any), and All Conversations and Start a conversation.
Once you open that it will look like a forum post with a title. Be sure to put your recipients name in the TO box.
