90 degree water fittings!

Im about to lose it......... all I have left to do to my JAE .45 rigger is put a 90 degree water fitting on my Nova Rossi .46 DD, and with all the stuff ive got, I don't have one single water fitting!!!!!! Where can I get them......anybody?? Thanks!

Bill, If that’s the NR muffled pipe, make sure you drill out the external stinger to .393” dia.

Bill, I assume you need a fitting soon so you can test this weekend. Did you find some? I run a 10-32 tap through both holes and use a 10-32 90 degree fitting and a set screw to block the other hole and drill a .060 through the top of the water jacket for the outlet. Doesn’t Tom live near you? You maybe able to get one from him right away.

I measured a Nova 21 the other day and found the threads are a M4x0.5mm fine pitch. I don't believe anyone has fitting for this thread size so you will end up drilling it out to a larger thread or use a setscrew to block the outlet and drill a hole in the cap.

Bill, i currently have 2 bags of ABC/Japan 4mm curved fittings and 1 pair of 90 degree fitting (steel) and some of 5mm aluminum 90 degree fittings. Also, the thread of 4mm is 0.7!
