I think I ran a 1457 or 1657 not sure.... Any idea what would be a good prop to try, one of the newer props out would be nice ... I have a jae style boat... Please help

Thank you... I will guess the first two numbers in each are pitch and second two numbers are diameter?

1457 & 1657 are both same size just the 16 is much more aggressive... At least that's what I thought.

The first two numbers are the diameter in inches
2.2” 1.7 pitch ratio
2.2” 1.9 pitch ratio
2.3” 1.7” pitch ratio (this is a good choice for your boat)

Yes I would like to order a 2317 if possible... I can PayPal you tomorrow morning...

Thank You,

Paulie,
I tested a 2217-19-38 that I got from Mark this past weekend and it worked great; I think it would be especially good for heat racing as i had good throttle control. The 2219 has a touch more pitch and would work well on your hull that has a rear ski. Heres a pic of the prop card Mark includes.

Well the card wont upload, so here are the numbers:
2217-19-38
Cup @ 5.29
Pitch @ 4.29 (COB)
Pitch @ 3.60 (LE)
Diameter @ 55.65

Paul,

The 1657 is still a fast set up as well.
I just think the 1.7 pitch ratio goes up
and down easier for heat racing with
the newer ABC higher raked propellers.

Thanks,

Mark Sholund
