I was able to get the motor in, header welded tighter to not cut boat and stuffing tube installed and everything else on the 42 seaducer gas conversion.
Then I received all the parts for my provee from zippkits and built this whole thing I had just the hull from my brother he bought off ebay. I really love the paint on this boat. Now I also finished restoring back the seaducer 21 boat too I bought off here. It needed love and had a blue head picco with one of the head bolts broke off when I took the motor apart so I had to put that piston sleeve and match it to another picco exr case I had. . Really happy how they came out. I made up a 3d printed oiler cup also and drilled a 16 thou hole in it. The lid had slits in it so I had to super glue and baking soda it closed but there is still a small hole in the lid for air. Also my son and I made 3 more boat stands. its been a busy couple of weeks. Phew I need a break now.

This northwind is next I already took a pound off of it just cleaning out the center area of epoxy and heavy radio box from last owner. I am just tired from the other three hopefully I will get motivated and get it done too. It will have either a electric 7.5 lower outboard or a picco 45 inboard haven't decided yet.

I made some last minute changes tonight. I printed more oilers set up my muck streaker with one and the seaducer and also made a new pipe bracket the other bracket I figured would just fall with bumps and vibration. I got to run them both today on the table . They seem to run good. I love the sound of the muffled pipe.

Today I was able to get my second day running some different props on these. on the stock 26cc in the seaducer was 43mph with a 270 prather and 48.7mph with a x670 octura. the 6717x3 was making it twitchy in the turns made it turn on a dime almost wanted to spin it. still wasnt as fast as the x670.. I am at 13 inches on pipe. Its a blast to run what a neat little boat.
The provee motor seems to not turn the rpm as the 26cc maybe the 29.5 has a longer stroke I guess. It was 43mph with the x670 and with a 7016x3 it was about the same 43mph.the 6717x4 blade was also not much different. I am unsure what to do to get more out of it. I think it just needs more load. it seems to run same rpm no matter what prop I throw at it. its a great running boat though really handles rough water well. overall I am pretty happy with them so far. if anyone has a idea on what prop to try on that 29.5 I would appreciate any help on it.

This is the prather 270 on the seaducer. I wasn't videoing today My brother sent this off his phone . I will have to see what else he had and I will post them .

kind of cool to see someone running a Northwind hull. I would run .45 inboard, lightning fast

I am thinking the same. After running my northwind 20 last year I had the strut tube almost touching the bottom of the boat. I am wondering whether to just do a surface wire drive setup or maybe a strut but having it just barely under and using a wire drive . I bet this would really get it with a good 45 in it also. the thing weighs nothing now that its bare . I just need to build it light and it should fly .
