First Class isn’t reflecting online right now but i just shipped 4 ounces for right at 14.50 to New Zealand.   Small flat rate box is 36.50

Many out of country just purchase via PayPal on my site using local pickup for shipping.  If possible i try to give a couple choices then Paypal invoice them for shipping they choose.  If too spendy I’d just refund but that hasn’t happened yet.
