If you are looking for a build, the JAE 21 kit was an enjoyable build. I like the Neu 1515 1y motors, but other 2200 kv motors in that size range will suffice. I like Castle 240 controllers, but you will get a lot of opinions on ESCs. A good starter prop might be in the H-7 - H-10 range...

I'm building another Whiplash Sport 20 for FE racing, and converting a Nitro Whiplash sport 40 to 6S lipo for Q sport racing.

A resting voltage of 3.7v per cell after a two minute heat race is my limit. At 3.7 per cell the pack is depleted.

I have a mold and make cowls for the FE JAE 21s just in case you get an urge to burn some electrons. ;)
