A good modern charger can do this very quickly with adjustable charge/discharge rates and will monitor voltage, temperature, etc. with auto cut off.

Check to see if your charger has a “lipo storage” mode. I think the optimal storage voltage on a lipo is 3.85 - 3.9 V per cell.
