Would be interesting to see how you fix the CMB 27 engine to the wooden boat, I have similar ML kit and engine combination under construction.

I use bullet connectors so just switch the polarities, or to swing around the starter to start on the other end.

I am using a Boris using 4S for the big gas engines and rubber/cone for gas outboard as well, Sullivan starter with Fine Edge adaptor for smaller engines as it is much lighter. And keeping a Sullivan using 24Volts lead in the shop.
