    Expanding foam

NONONONO don't do it been there done that bad idea the reaction will kick off ( especially I hot weather ) again and will blow the deck off and distort the hull and it will take alot of effort to get out and get the boat back to the proper shape again

    Wrong carb on nitro

    1/8 Hydro prop shaft position

fullsize offset should be left side to keep the left sponson down and the turnfin in the water in the turns .remember we run clockwise and fullsize run counter clockwise. we are allowed to mirror full size offset .what i am unclear about is if fullsize has offset that scale has to have offset...

    1/8 Hydro prop shaft position

if you measure total width of the tunnel at transom devide by 2 that will be where the strut is . the line you drew was center of center section ( which is offset) which is not the centerline of the hull. I know it looks weird if the center section is offset it is hard to mount the motor on...

    1/8 Hydro prop shaft position

I know it may be stating the obvious but it was done that way because of the center section offset to try to keep the prop on the center line of the hull. My (8808 ultra bold u8) center section is offset to the left as per full-size (original owner built that way). My whole driveline has a kink...

    Dual fuel tank setup help

where is the big tank located on right side hopefully as this will help with fuel flow when cornering as g force will want to make fuel go the left, if you have the tank on left it will be harder for the fuel to go from main to the header when cornering

i am looking to make smaller receiver packs , i have found some small batteries but they are 3.6 volt . the idea is to cut the number of cells/ weight while keeping the capacity as high as i can. has any one tried this? i was thinking to try cr123a or similar

YouTube Video of GP Hydroplane running with F1 and F2s

the main reason they do it here in nz is numbers , because there aren't that many gp boats in nz maybe ten in the whole country( due to small budgets and mechanical problems you dont often get full turn outs ) teams often save efforts for the major race.so race organisers often have the f1...

HHMMMMM JUST A THOUGHT IF THE PROP RUNS THE WRONG WAY AND THE BOAT RUNS THE WRONG WAY (TO US THAT IS) IF THEIR FEATURES WORK ON A MODEL THEY WOULD ONLY WORK IF MIRRORED ANYWAY... LIKE THE LONGER REAR LEFT SHOE USED TO KEEP RIGHT FRONT DOWN, NOW IF MIRRORED WOULDNT THIS DO THE SAME THING LIKE...
