Hey Boris , If you have eliminated all the fuel pick up problems , then see if the carb can get sprayed with water ( or something like that ) when the boat turns left ? It may not happen on right turns . just left ??? Andrew

Ill agree with Aaron and most others , my mod 23 gas mono raced with GPS at 90kph (55MPH) with a 7016/2 even the open gas monos dont run much faster than that on race trim Andrew

Hi all , at our pond i recently saw the difference between "old" fuel (couple of years ) and some freshly mixed stuff - they were both the same make up ( %nitro etc) i gotta say it was an enormous difference , very very noticeable i reckon if your not sure , borrow a tank of new stuff and see...

Im using the same as walt - theGarmin E trex - cheap and reliable , but attach it securely they do sink , i think the Garmin GPS 72 ?!? floats an is about the same size Andrew

Where abouts in your tank is the pick up? it should be in the back left hand corner of the tank if your racing a right hand circuit , but as you will always have to be able to turn right and left to avoid another boat for example i would suggest you put an IV bag in , i use one with a dubro...

Hi all , the bulb on the 644 is a primer bulb , keep pumping it and you will only pump fuel out the return line ( which normally is about 2 inches of fuel line to nowhere ) , i would suggest 1 1/8 on the high and 1 3/4 on the low , the 644 has a diaphram fuel pump operated by the crankcase...

The problem just seems to be that you just in the wrong country ...... come down to Oz - beautiful day 22 degrees C (71 in your strange scale ) gentle breeze , nice sunshine ........ Although this is our winter ... bit of concern of what summer is gonna bring <_< Andrew
