Our old discontinued 2 piece 0.036" 3000 material 40 fins were prone to bending. The last 3 years we have been manufacturing 1 piece 441 stainless 0.045" SS fins. These new designs do not bend. My 11 pound old P sport FE hydro running 78 MPH into a corner never bent in 3 years of heat racing!

Shoot for 3.85v per cell. When I was a battery dealer, that's the voltage I received the packs in at most of the time (from the manufacturer). The factory called this ideal storage level.
