Looking to repower an Aeromarine Sprint Cat with a modified 30 cc Gas Zenoah, Which company do you guys recommend out there?
Thanks in Advance

I build a awesome 29.5cc.

Priced right and always come with the best main bearings already installed and crank end play set close to .005" in them so you don't have a failed bearing retainer taking out your engine way too soon.

Put a lot of time in everyone to make sure it is going to make the power it is supposed to.

B.h Hanson in my opinion Al is awesome got his 310 pro mod in my seaducer and it is blazing fast and starts up withing 3 pulls every time

Build your own. All of the info is out there. Nothing magical. Need help, just ask.

One way to learn and save money on engines as well as satisfaction of running what you built.

I have engine stands, degree wheels, porting plugs and digital squish gauges for sale if interested to ensure your first attempt at porting is successful.
I have last set of single cut 1/8" carbide bits. They cut very smoothly then you use mini 1/8" flap sandpaper strip arbors that make your port work look good when your done with the cutting.

The only problem is cutting squish band and combustion chamber if you don't have a lathe and/or mill to do that. Can't always set squish exactly where you want with just gaskets so you may need to be setup to cut the cylinder base as well.

The stock bearings are known to fail early on a little too often so best to get something better for main bearings.

Do you have a list of everything you sell somewhere?

John,
No sir.
No engine builders are balancing the crankshafts in these gas engines that I know of.

I do true the flywheel to the crank taper on every surface.

For DIY racers I've written three articles on Zenoah mods.
