Coined X version due to the fact that it was made but forgotten. It's a real good heat racer..getting this new one done

So the sponson spacing is wider, motor location is moved back so that cased the radio box to be smaller, the rear shoes are wider with no ride pads.. boat is balanced different. Second pic is current kit version. changes I'm going to make going forward includes, trying larger recovery pads on front sponsons and possibly make the sponsons wider

Update ....finally finished the Slingshot...this boats features my carb shield fiberglass rear sponsons.. a mfg forgotten 2018 design that works great!!!....carbon boom tubes and carbon reinforced motor area.20230407_140431.jpg

I’m fighting my homebuilt rigger splash carb shield I made my tub is narrow and the shield fits on the inside of cowl bad idea cause it gets water inside on launch I believe it’s better to fit on the outside so water splashes off but yours fits really nice I’m rethinking mine.
 
My hull is based off firefighter rigger with zipkitts cowl

The carbon version finally got some color...boat is 5" tub inside dimensions cowl was remade to fit the wider tub..this one was built around the Quickdraw motor....it drops right in. No mods on the motor needed to fit. could be made to fit others ...
